Section 1: Written pitch: Compose a business memo with a short pitch, to tell your esports team that the team will be relocating to a new gaming house with the following features:

• A Red Bull branded rooftop where they can hang out and watch the games on a big screen TV
• A cafeteria with 2 chefs who will be cooking lunch, dinner, and late-night dinner for the players and the staff.
• A break area where players can come to and have some rest and watch the game and enjoy some PlayStation. It will also have massaging chairs since they will be sitting most of the time, and a pool table, and a table tennis table.
• Individual streaming rooms, so that they can professionally stream and interact with their fans, with an "ON AIR" signal showing someone is live now from the outside.
• A hall of fame with all their trophies and awards and pictures.
• A gym where they get to train daily with a certified trainer in order to stay healthy and focused
• Wide dorm rooms for each of the teams, and gaming rooms for each of the teams with state-of-the-art gears.
• An office assistant that will help bring them anything from any store or shop

Section 2: Explanation of pitch: Why did you choose this way in your pitch? How would this pitch, if delivered verbally, help you further communicate your message? What tone would you use, and which areas of the pitch would you highlight using your tone and other verbal cues? Help with a short paragraph or two (five to seven sentences) with your explanation.

Section 3: Non-verbal intent: Non-verbal cues can be a major indicator in verbal and face-to-face encounters. List five non-verbal cues you can use to help "sell" your message, and five non-verbal cues you will practice avoiding so you don't dissuade the receiver.
