Section 2 (10 points) - Analysis of Entrepreneurial Traits Using narrative paragraphs, discuss the main characteristics/traits of entrepreneurs - as outlined in the textbook, and as further examined from two additional credible sources. Make sure to document the two additional sources via references at the end of the narrative. After introducing and discussing each characteristic/trait, reflect and critically assess if you believe you possess each trait and your rationale as to why you think so. If you do not possess it, and yet desire to, succinctly discuss how you might go about developing it. Finalize with a discussion of how you holistically see your "self" as an entrepreneur - based on an overall view of the traits/ characteristics in aggregate. Section 3 (10 points ) Objective : The Covid-19 Pandemic has been very impactful to our lives. It has disruptively changed the landscape of our economy and the manner in which business is conducted. Consumer needs and product/service gaps have emerged or surfaced due to these changes. Within the context of the pandemic, identify a product or service which currently exists in the market and improve it, or create a new product or service - with the goal of meeting some consumer need or gap which currently exists due to Covid-19/Coronavirus. This is an exercise in creativity - in creatively improving an existing product or service - or creating a wholly new product or service, based on gapseeds you've identified which relate somehow (directly or indirectly) to Covid-19 and/or the pandemic. The goal is to either satisfy or create additional demand - based on new feature(s) of your product or service, and the value they bring - beyond what currently existed prior to the disruptive shift which we are currently experiencing. Use the following headings in your Section 3 submission : Product or Service : What is the specific product or service improvement - or wholly new product/service? Discuss where the product or service will fit within the market. What industry? Consumer Gap /Need : What is your perception as to the specific gap or consumer need? Specific Improvement: What is the specific improvement? How will the new product or service create additional value beyond what currently exists? How will the improvement create competitive advantage over existing products? What features will add consumer value and compel purchases
