The move to Fiapre would mean constructing a new hospital unit and making it operational. Dr Edwin Osei, the Executive Director of the Hospital Board must prepare for a presentation, scheduled for next month, May 2022 to the General Health Secretariat Board of the hospital on the proposed project. Part of the presentation will address the specifics of the total project, including time and cost estimates for its completion. With the help of his staff, the Executive Director has identied 11 major project activities. He has also specied the immediate predecessors (those activities that must be completed before a given activity can begin) for each activity and the time estimates (weeks) to complete each activity.
