2. One of your employees has complained to you that he often experiences stress due to mental workload. As a result, he often experiences severe headaches, gastritis, and sometimes depression. After listening to the complaint, as a leader you feel that you have a responsibility to help him.

You have identified that there are three strategies that can be implemented to reduce mental workload. Name all the THREE (3) strategies and EXPLAIN WITH EXAMPLE how EACH strategy can help overcome the mental workload problem. (9 marks)
