SECTION B (15 MARKS) Mr. Durian and Mrs. Durian has been married for eight years with three children. In early 2019, Mrs. Durian was promoted as a General Audit Manager. Her new position requires her to travel abroad and attend meeting with clients. She rarely spends her time at home, resulting to a lot of argument and hatred in the marriage.

Mr. Durian subsequently lost his job due to the pandemic. As a result, Mrs. Durian has to cater to the needs of the family including the bank instalment of the house and the utilities. She agrees to pay RM1,000 to Mr. Durian if he agrees to be a stay-at-home dad. Both of them sign an agreement to such effect.

After a year, Mrs. Durian fails to pay the amount to her husband for five consecutive months. As a legal representative to Mrs. Durian, advise her on whether she can be made liable to pay for her husband's five months allowance.
