What your competitive advantage d. Make the initial SOWT analysis e. What are the main functionalities of your business website and what will is the IS needed for each of them? f. What will be the needed startup budget that cover the main items of HW, SW, telecommunication, hosting, design, HR, management, ? (Attach as an excel sheet). . How you will raise capital needed for your e-commerce business? Set a Multi-Channel Marketing plan (including select the right marketing channel/tool from online, offline, social and mobile marketing). i. What is the pricing strategy you will adopt? Section 2 (Technical).
