Draw upon relevant background information with the support of research and academic literature to give an insight into your industry, the type of individual it employs (skills, knowledge, qualifications etc), and required graduate attributes required in your sector Section Two (30%) Select any two initiatives that you have undertaken as part of your work/ industry experience. Discuss the importance of these considering academic literature and relevance to industry i.e., why were these activities attempted i.e., employability, industry requirement, personal development, skills development, personal brand etc. Critically evaluate what you have learnt from these experiences in terms of skills, knowledge etc. how you would apply them as well as anything you would do differently considering academic theory/ good practice.

Reflecting on your gained work experience as well as recognising the value of CPD and its impact on personal development, employability, and lifelong learning, highlight 3 areas (e.g., soft/ hard skills, knowledge, attributes etc) that you need to either further develop or acquire before leaving university. Present these objectives in the form of 3 SMART targets/ action plans
