Seek feedback from employees, clients and colleagues to identify and develop ways to improve your competence. Use the feedback form included in Appendix 1, and distribute them to the volunteers playing the role of employees, clients or colleagues.  Collect all the Feedback Forms once they have been completed. There should be six (6).
