Seeking assistance for an aviation related question and a tutor who is familiar with Australian aviation law and regulations and Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) along with knowledge in ICAO Safety Management Systems for the following topic (attached) what I need help with is ideas of what to discuss and examples as well as how to word my sentences in this assignment. The word limit is three thousand words and am stuck, I also, just for the record, I do not intend to copy anything word-for-word but just need ideas.

AVN3102 Assessment 4: Report- Risk Register "Safety risk management is the identification, analysis, and elimination or mitigation to an acceptable or tolerable level of the hazards, and their subsequent risks, that threaten the viability of an organisation (International Civil Aviation Organization [ICAO] Safety Management Manual, Doc. 9859). "Before a safety management system (SMS) can be effectively built or improved, you must identify the safety hazards to your operation and ensure you have controls in place to manage risk. An SMS should be risk-based and will vary depending on the type of aviation activity. For example, the risks involved in operating helicopters regularly at low level are quite different to those of regular scheduled passenger services, or those of a maintenance organisation. Accordingly, each operator's SMS will need to reflect the nature of the risks that are identified." (Civil Aviation Safety Authority. (2022). Safety Management Systems Booklet 3- Safety Risk Management. Available from www.casa.gov.au.) You have finally decided to start your own low-cost passenger airline, operating daily return flights with a B737/ A320* aircraft between YBBN and YBGC. You plan to commence operations in the summer of 2023, in time for the school holidays. Your research indicates a huge demand, and you have access to start-up capital. Following the CASA guide on Risk Management as per Booklet 3 of the CASA Safety Management System package, you are to proactively investigate, and develop a register as follows: A short introduction indicating what you investigated, what the parameters and exclusions are, and your work methodology followed. Identify all the safety hazards and risks associated with the intended operation. Explain these to the reader so that there is no doubt on their inclusion for consideration. Address any possible perceptual distortions, and characterize them as Strategic, Operational or Tactical. Categorize these in groups for ease of handling and reducing the complexity. Justify your chosen structure. Evaluate the groups of risk for likelihood and consequence by doing a complete assessment. Determine an acceptable level for ALARP or SFAIRP (as applicable), for each of the groups identified above. Make sufficient recommendations to mitigate/ remove the risks as needed. Summarize your register by highlighting the areas of highest importance for further action
