"It is safe to say that enterprise which depends on hopes stretching into the future benets the community as a whole.\" (VII) This statement really emphasizes an overall view of Keynes points regarding the stock market; the idea that it's precariousness and all of the aforementioned factors which emphasize it's instability not only lead to repercussions as far as the economic community but lead to further damages to the overall general community as a whole
