Selamat is a car dealer in Taiping, Perak. He instructed one of his employees, Harry, to deliver a brand new Proton Perdana to one of his customer in Johor. Unfortunately, the car broke down on the way to Johor. Since the car cannot be driven further, Harry decided to sell it to Raiya, a restaurant owner near the highway rest area. It was sold cheaper than the normal price. Selamat is very angry and upset with Harry. He wants to know whether Harry's action is justified under the law of Agency. Advise Selamat.
