1. Describe the company you have chosen for this report (Case Study)

2. Critically analyse the microenvironment in which the company has positioned itself. Use an appropriate framework to identify and analyse the main industry players, and comment on the attractiveness of the industry.

3. Analyse the strategies adopted by your chosen company; ensuring you comment on the key strategic decisions and actions that the impact of these actions

4. Based on your outcome in Step 3, design a growth strategy for your chosen company for the next 5 years; you should be clear about the 5 priorities (i.e. key strategic decisions and actions) needed to drive the growth strategy? Explain how these priorities relate to the sustainability of its competitive advantage.
