Select a period from your own life (e.g., toddlerhood, childhood, early adulthood) and make a list of the achievements, and occurrences and events for that period in your life.

Next select one of the Critical Reflection models that have been discussed in the first two modules of this subject. Select one that you understand well and will feel comfortable applying to a discussion of your own development.

Now select a theory of lifespan development that most appeals to you. List what attracted you to this theory and describe how it might account for your own development.

This essay must demonstrate the ability to critically reflect upon both the period you have selected as well as the theory you are applying.
