Select a real or fictional organization and identify a decision which needs to be made by that organization; this decision should require a choice from a minimum of three options and include at least two criteria. Next, use the provided software or any software of your choice to develop a Decision Tree. This Decision Tree must show the decision points, points of uncertainty, probabilities of each branch occurring, and the final outcome at each pathway end-point. 

Using this information, you will need to complete the calculations, and make a decision about which project option you would recommend. The final step is to write the memo to the leadership of the organization you selected for this assignment, summarize the possible policy options, and conclude with the project that you recommend. This decision must be justified by information shown in the Decision Tree. The memo should address (at a minimum) the following points:

 

1. Identify the problem or opportunity;

2. Gather relevant information or data;

3. Determine alternative courses of action;

4. Evaluate each alternative;

5. Use the Decision Tree to compute the optimal decision
