In your essay, be sure to briefly describe any important details, characteristics, and background information as to your selected Media (i.e., what type of news publication, history of television series, etc.). 3. Identify and briefly introduce the primary applicable existing laws or regulations which govern or regulate your selected issue (if your selected Media is fictional, identify which primary law(s) would be applicable). 4.
