Select any Pakistani Organization and make a report with the following contents:

1. Company Background

2. Structure of the Organization

3. Attach Job Descriptions of Any Three Selected Jobs of your choice. (The jobs must be of three different levels/grades).

4. Choose any three Job Evaluation Methods (ranking, classification, factor comparison, point rating method) that you want to use in your project. Define the method, write down its steps and define its criteria and standards (such as compensable factors, sub factors, degrees and grades etc)

5. Conduct job evaluation for the three jobs you have chosen and draw tables for final grading of jobs.

6. Give Conclusion and Recommendations regarding Compensation for the jobs you have evaluated.
