For each objective under that goal: Explain the leadership qualities and skills that would most likely facilitate success in achieving the objective. Evaluate the relative importance these qualities and skills to achieving success. Synthesize your explanations and evaluations for each objective, and write a paragraph that describes the type of leader that would be the most likely to succeed in achieving the strategic goal to which the objectives lead
