a. Unless the security agreement otherwise provides, the secured party automatically obtains a security interest in the proceeds of the collateral.

b. Unless specifically provided for by the security agreement, the secured party does not obtain a security interest in the proceeds of the collateral.

c. If the security agreement provides, the secured party may take a security interest in the insurance proceeds of the collateral but may not take a security interest in any other form of proceeds.

d. A secured party may only take a security interest in collateral but not in the proceeds of the collateral.
