The article must be selected from current newspapers, the Internet, magazines or journals.The article must contain significant information or commentary on a Canadian negligence case.

Make sure it is an article based on a Canadian case NOT an article based on a case from the U.S. or any other country except for Canada. Try to find a good article that you understand and that has enough content to work with. Do not select articles that are primarily about criminal law such as an auto accident where criminal negligence is involved.
