Non- Registered Investments - $50,000(In Selena's Name - funds that she received from an inheritance shortly after they were married)

Proceeds of the sale of Juan's previous house ($150,000) he owned before they were married, which were used towards the purchase of Selena and Juan's Matrimonial Home shortly after they were married.
