Self-Assessment:Leadership Development Plan

create a plan for your own leadership development. You may draw from previously utilized self-assessments addressing your perceptions, strengths, weaknesses and your leadership goals, but must also include the self-reflections we have completed since the first exercise. develop a 5 year action plan with concrete timelines, on how are you going to accomplish the goals you have set on your own personal leadership journey.

You must also include a resource that inspires you to continue on your leadership journey. It may be a Ted Talk, a book on leadership, a biography of a leader of note or another program you have researched on leader development.

Please note: This is NOT a career plan, or a 'things to do plan after you graduate' plan. This is a leadership development plan with strategies and actions on how to address the areas you have identified which will enhance your own leadership development. These items must be related to skills related to leadership theories, leadership styles . Ethical behaviour, the PMI code of conduct and your own reflections on Corporate Social Responsibility may also be included as part of this plan.
