Senang Kerja Sdn Bhd. (SKSB) was incorporated in January 2019 by Black, Burn, Fry and Dark. In December 2017, Burn purchased a few units of office equipment from a firm named Bamboo & Associates. Burn is one of the partners in that firm. Later it was found out that the price charged for that equipment was much higher than the market price. Black, Fry and Dark were not happy with it.

Recently, it was found out that Fry had misappropriated SKSB's property. This misappropriation had caused damage to all shareholders of SKSB. Three shareholders of SKSB had taken an action against Fry in court. Fry argued that the three shareholders have no locus standi to do so.

SKSB also was facing a legal action for a breach of contract by Batu Binaan Sdn Bhd (BBSB). BBSB had converted into a public company in June 2020 and known as Batu Binaan Bhd (BBB). SKSB denied any liability as the contract had earlier been made with BBSB. The legal proceeding was initiated by BBSB too.
