Separate the first and last name of each employee.

Once separated, create the New EmployeeID. The new ID should consist of the employee's first and last initials, the last $4$ digits of their current employee ID$,$ and the code associated with their department.

For example, Kevin Malone's new ID should be KM$3082$ACCT.
