Sergeants Skop Madonoro and Trigger Happy are conducting patrols along the Steelpoort Railway Station one evening when they notice a group of males stripping copper cables from the building of one of the offices. Upon the arrival of the two police officers, the group runs away in different directions, but the two officers manage to arrest one suspect, X, in possession of newly-stripped copper cables.
