Write a program that reads temperature in Celsius from the user, converts it to Fahrenheit, and displays its decimal and binary values in the serial monitor.

Try your program with the values of $C=-40$ and $35.$ The conversion formula:

$F=C1\mathrm{.}8+32$

You may consider $C$ and $F$ as integer or float. The results should be $-40$ and $95,$ respectively.
