Add a new array object for users which includes a password for each. An entry should exist for both current users as well as those not actively connected.

We need to save ALL user passwords. When the server stops, output to a $.$txt file the conversation. It should be a $.$csv file in the following format. Call the file UserNamePasswords.txt
