Some of the key features of the Service Sector are: highly specialized training service costing at a competitive cost structure specific targets aligned to specific services information dependent customer satisfaction dependent on direct interaction Research several companies that fit this profile, and use them as the basis to develop a plan for the deployment of SAP in their environment. The plan shall include a brief bio of the company, What is their market, and basis of competition, A detailed explanation of those products that are low in volume and high in complexity, Detailed (business process driven) approaches for deployment based on each major category and subcategories of SAP, What would be the impact relative to internal operations, services offered, supplier relationships, etc..., basically: Key issues in Service Sector, among others: Relevant services relative to marketplace demand Competitiveness Customer loyalty Value as seen by the customer Etc......
