Shannon's Communication System Diagram Help

I am learning Shannon's communication system diagram and I cannot wrap my head around it.

I need to identify the information source, transmitter, message, signal (transmitted), some noise sources, the received signal, receiver, destination, and the received message (literally what my task says, word for word) for the following two situations:

- Me using the internet on my laptop on WIFI at home

- Me using the internet on my cellphone on campus without WIFI
