(A) As a judge, you have just been presented with a case involving an elderly man who has been denied the right to drive due to his age.How would you decide this case, would you decide either in favor of or against the defendant?Explain.You are required to write an argument here, do not simply write everything you know about the topic/subject matter

(C) A family that is very religious has four children, three of whom are sick and must undergo a life-saving procedure if they are to have any chance at survival.The medical procedure, however, goes against this family's religious beliefs.Despite the doctor and nurse's instance, the parents are adamant and have refused treatment for their children.The parents bring the case to the Supreme Court.As a Supreme Court justice, what would you take into consideration in deciding this case, and what would be your ultimate ruling -You are required to write an argument here, do not simply write everything you know about the topic/subject matter
