(A) As a judge, you have just been presented with a case involving an elderly man who has been denied the right to drive due to his age.How would you decide this case, would you decide either in favor of or against the defendant?Explain.You are required to write an argument here, do not simply write everything you know about the topic/subject matter

(B) You have just decided to take on a case involving a store owner who happens to be non-religious.Your client tells you that they want to challenge the current law that says all stores must be closed on Sunday.The case goes all the way to the Supreme court.How would you argue this case for your client?In your response be sure to note how you would begin your opening statement. -You are required to write an argument here, do not simply write everything you know about the topic/subject matter.
