-Should minors be required to get the permission of parents/legal guardians to get birth control and/or access to an abortion? What definitions of "minor" (ie. age range) would be appropriate? How do the rights to personal autonomy (the right of a person to make his/her/their own health decisions) get balanced with the need to protect minors? - 2 peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles (book reviews and short opinion pieces do not count) AND - 2 sources from respected non-peer reviewed sources (established media, government organizations, position papers, etc., not just your random blog post or Wikipedia).- All references should have been published after the year 2010.
