Should the law allow an employer to tire an employee without a good reason? Conduct research to provide examples to support your position and use your own personal employment experiences when possible. Have you observed situations where an employee was red? Did the employer give a reason? Do you believe the employer's actions were legal? Guided Response: Review your classmatesr responses. Respond to at least two of your classmates' postings, expressing whether you agree or disagree with their assessment of the employer's actions. Explain your position. No, the law does not allow an employer to re an employee without a good reason. However here in USA, the employees are generally considered \"at will\" empioyees. Atrwill means that you or your employer can terminate your job on a moment's notice for any reason, whedter good, bad, indifferent or for no reason at all. Personally, I have seen my friend who is a manager at one of the 5013 fortune companies. There they fired their employees without giving them any notice. The companies are for profits and if they found out their employee is not productive to them, they won't hesitate to fire him
