Should the procurement team lead on this meeting or project team? This is more for my clarification as at times I feel the project team should have the lead on questions regarding cost. I feel I am always covering myself on answers that a blatantly obvious for them and I have discussed prior. I have made it clear that if they receive a work product or invoice that is unsatisfactory, they should deny it and send back. I should be brought in if the issue becomes a back and forth, therefore, requiring me to point out where in the fully executed agreement the project team is correct
