The remaining 1% is uncollectible b. Purchases of inventory will total $300,000 for December. Twentyfive percent (25%) of a month's inventory purchases are paid during the month of purchase. The accounts payable remaining from November's inventory purchases total $155,900, all of which will be paid in December. c. Selling and administrative expenses are budgeted at $480,000 for December. Of this amount, $80,000 is for depreciation. d. A new web server for the Marketing Department costing $97,000 will be purchased for cash during December, and dividends totalling $10,000 will be paid during the month. e. The company maintains a minimum cash balance of $25,000. An open line of credit is available from the company's bank to increase its cash balance as needed. Required: 1.
