What are the rules that govern the legal issues of the dispute? Investigate the key statutes, precedents, legal principles and policies that were used to answer the legal questions of the disputing countries.
Q4: Arguments
What are the arguments that applied the rules to the facts and issues of the dispute? Explain the key arguments of the complaining countries in support of their claims and the counter-arguments of the responding country, as well as final determinations of the judging panel.
Q5: Tentative conclusions
What are your tentative conclusions in relation to the dispute? Critically discuss whether you agree or not with the final determination, and what in your opinion are the long-term implications of the outcome of this dispute for International trading system.
