Silver Arrow Company is one of the largest companies in the field of elevator installation in Saudi Arabia, where the company works in the field of importing, installing and maintaining various types of elevators.

The number of employees in the company is about 500 employees in various branches of the company divided into (administrators, engineers and workers), and the company was characterized by its outstanding performance and achieving profits during the past years, but in the last year the senior management noticed a decrease in profits, in general, in addition to a decrease in the levels of employee performance, and accordingly the company decided to assign an advisory team to find out the reasons for this decline and identify the main reasons that caused the decline in profits The performance declined in the last year, and the study team began to interview a sample of employees at various job levels in the company to poll their opinions in an attempt to find out whether there are tangible reasons on the ground that can be identified and addressed effectively and radically.

First: There is no clear plan that defines the activities, tasks and procedures accurately in the various departments of the company.

Second: At the beginning of the year, there were a number of errors in the import operations and the delay in installing elevators for customers, and the problem was not addressed until the end of the year.

Third: The administration has suspended all bonuses, incentives and material and moral rewards for all employees without giving reasons since the beginning of the year.
