Simple Contract Drafting

Task: As Management students you should be familiar with contracts, as it would be of great use when you graduate and become employees or start your own businesses. Contracts are very important in the world of business. After learning the basics on the law on contracts you are required to draft a simple contract which contains the three elements. This exercise will help you to be familiar with how to make a contract.

Instructions:

1. The Contract should be drafter on a legal sized paper.

2. The heading should be the kind of contract you are drafting. (Example: CONTRACT OF LEASE)

3. The font size must be 14, single spaced.

4. After the heading this phrase should be present: "KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS"

5. After which will be followed by the personal circumstances of the parties. The parties should be fictitious persons.

6. Then the body of the contract which contains their agreements and conditions.

7. Then the contract must be signed by the parties.
