A 475m3/hr equimolar mixture of chlorobenzene and hydrogen is fed into a reactor at 600K and 3atm. The reaction rate is second order with respect to chlorobenzene. The reaction is as follows: chlorobenzene +H2 benzene +HCl Specific reaction rate constant: k[m3kmol1s]=1.5107exp(89(kJ/mol)/RT) (Use the IDEAL property method) Using Aspen Plus determine the following: a. The required PFR reactor volume to achieve 58% conversion of the limiting reactant if the PFR reactor diameter is 6ft and is operated isothermal. b. Determine the conversion of the limiting reactant, if the reaction is performed in the PFR from part (a) operated adiabatically. In addition, discuss the differences in conversion obtained between the isothermal PFR and the adiabatic PFR reactor. c. Determine the time required to achieve 58% conversion of the limiting reactant in an isothermal batch reactor. d. Determine the residence time required to achieve 58% conversion of the limiting reactant in an isothermal CSTR reactor. e. In Aspen Plus construct profile plots (i.e., reactant composition, product composition, and temperature) for each of the reactors (i.e., isothermal PFR, adiabatic PFR, Batch, and CSTR) to compare designs and operation parameters. f. Calculate by hand the volume and residence time of the isothermal PFR from part (a), the batch operation time from part (c), and the CSTR volume and residence time from part (d). Include analytical calculations and solutions in the report appendix. Report: Prepare a five (5) page report describing the reaction system, results obtained (including plots), and a discussion of results. The report format should be double spaced, Arial 12 font, and references in ACS format. The five pages of the report do not include references
