Since 1970s, Apple Inc. has expanded its business from PC manufacturing (hardware) and operating system and productivity software, gradually to music (iPod, iTunes/Apple Music, etc) and telecommunication (iPhone) industries. Did Apple expand to other industries randomly or after in-depth understanding of business integration, or just choose whatever profitable?
