Singapore does not currently have any legislation which expressly prohibits discrimination at the workplace. Instead, all Singapore-based organisations will need to comply with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices ("Tripartite Guidelines") from the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

Provide relevant examples of an appropriate job advertisement in this scenario and the steps that can be taken by the school to ensure that the dismissal of the teacher is not wrongful. (18m)
