Target market is the group of potential customers for which the business want to sell its products and services. We have identified our potential customers as students and specifically girls. This has been arrived at by considering our current customer base. We will also gather information about our competitors and more importantly analyze our products and services which is provision of girls' hostels. We will mine data on our potential customers through surveys and questionnaires of the surrounding girls' schools. This will happen through consideration of psychographics of our potential customers. Psychographic will allow as examine the group in terms of age, financial position and preferences. This in itself will allow as evaluating our decisions and pointing out additional resources that would be required for the success of the project.

There is no enough hostels at Pakistan for girls and also the few available they don't offer transport services to and from the different institutions and school where this children get educated and this project will solve both problem of accommodation and means of transport to students to and from various schools.

It's through an intensive market research that we have come with this idea. The business will pick because there are limited accommodation services and means of transport.

This project is targeting school girls who get education from Pakistan schools.
The beneficiaries will be teenagers who are willing and will able to work with us at this project.

The price of the services will be affordable. This will make the students feel happy and satisfied.

There will be department of customer care who will be receiving call and allocate the student to the vacant room and give date for admission, there will be finance department that will be dealing will the money, There will be department of marketing which will help to advertise the business and lastly will be service department which consist of drivers who will be doing the transport services, also the workers who will be cleaning the hostel and cooking and providing meals to our students.

The top most will be manager there will be five accountant , five marketers , two front office and customer care, cooking and cleaning workers will be forty and lastly will be ten drivers.
