You must build e circuits using logic gates. Each circuit should be submitted in a different tab of the me file. a. A 10-to-1 mux using basic gates (AND, OR, NOT). Label inputs and outputs and provide a truth table for this circuit on the circuit diagram. b. A 5 bit full adder. Create a 1-bit adder first and then use it as a block to create a 5-bit adder. Label the inputs and outputs. A truth table is not required. NOTE: You can use a constant set to zero (from the 'wiring' section in Logisim) for the Cin to the least significant bit. A truth table is not required. c. A 1 bit gated D-Latch and then reuse it as a block to create a 4 bit D-Latch. Label the inputs and outputs. A truth table is not required
