Situation 1 - When one member of the group does not do their assigned tasks and all other members do , it demonstrates a withdrawer and causes a negative and unproductive effect on the group because then someone else has to try and take on that task last minute and may feel frustrated by the lack of commitment from the other member. With consistent reminders, members may feel more obligated to complete their tasks. Situation 2 - Having a member who is constantly checking their phone during meetings demonstrates that they are not engaged in the conversation and can even make other members feel disrespected. A good strategy in this scenario would be to make a no phone policy during meetings. This is similar to the no phones in class rule, so it should be doable for all members and will ensure the issue is eliminated. Situation 3 - If a group member fails to respond to texts and emails, this can have a negative impact on the rest of the group as they have no
