A mid-term contract audit team reported to the Donor several non-compliance with procurement procedures and are threatening to disallow major expenses on supply activities, or worst to cancel the contract if the situation is not rectified. What steps will you take to address this current situation? What actions can you take to improve and monitor partners' capacity in procurement activities?
