Mrs. A, Mr. B and Mr. C are the shareholders of the company 12345 Canada Inc.

Mrs. A is having 35 shares containing the right to vote, Mr. B is having 30 shares containing the right to vote and Mr. C is having 35 shares containing the right to vote.

The shareholders want to dissolve the company and therefore a meeting has been called and held on November 25th, 2018.

At this meeting all of them were presents and they voted as follows:

Mrs. A- 25 votes in favor of dissolution.

Mr. B- 15 votes in favor of dissolution.

Mr. C- 20 votes in favor of dissolution.
