He wants to know whether there was any systemic racism in the police force against people of color (non-white). Requirements: Use the data provided to build charts and dashboards for a visual presentation of the incidents and police stops in that department. Use ONLY data from 2009 2016 for your analysis. Clean the spreadsheet before processing by removing all records from 2001 through 2008, and those that dont have data on Race of Driver field.
