Situation You are a top designer for the "We Do it all Engineering" team, and a have accepted an assignment from a client. A small building boiler manufacturer wants to modernize its image with new features. Their marketing team has an idea to improve the manufacture's image: more technology. They have a boiler safety device they want you to prototype in software to see if it can be done, and to get your learned feedback. What follows is their pitch. You need to think about it and ask questions so you can (try and) fulfill the assignment. Your work 1. Design and test a C++ program complete with comments, and good variable names. 2. Think about this controller's mechanical design (almost indestructible) and the easier to use electronic design. Consider how often a boiler's design pressure changes (if ever), and environment of a boiler room. 3.
