SITUATION:

You have been tasked with planning a cocktail party for a major corporate client. Each year your client brings approximately 75 distributors from twenty countries around the world, including from Middle East, Europe, Latin America, and various part of Asia. You are being asked you to plan a two-hourevent for the opening evening of the conference that will set the tone for the week. Fortunately, your client is not too concerned with regards to the budget and wants to really impress their clients from around the world.

PRODUCT:

Given the broad situation above, your group will organize an event that highlights Winnipeg to visitors from outside of Canada. Brainstorm location, food, entertainment, and decorations required to host the event.
