1. Sketch out a journey map for that persona (you can choose the problem or the goal they are trying to achieve based on your empathy mapping discussions, i.e., nurses advocating mental wellbeing, work hours, remuneration etc.)
2. Break it down into steps (as shown in the class and relevant to Assessment 1)
   • What are the key components of a journey map? (Actor, Scenario + Expectations, Journey Phases, Actions/Thoughts/Feelings, Opportunities).
   • How do the things a user says, does, thinks, and feels map out against each phase (it's normal to discover new things here)?
   • How positive or negative is the journey at each phase?
   • Which phases is the user interacting with the system being explored?
   • What are the pain points and moments of truth?
   • What should be improved at each phase?
