Not all patients have been referred by other patients and if they were referred they were referred by only one other patient. A doctor writes Prescriptions for Patients. A Prescription has a unique Prescription ID Date Written, and Signature. The Prescription is written to a specific Patient for a specific Drug. Each Drug has a unique Drug code as well as a Drug Name, Security Level, and Side Effect. A drug may have more than one Side Effect. Some Patients will not have Prescriptions and some Patients may have more than one Prescription. Not all Drugs have Prescriptions written and some Drugs may have more than one Prescription. We must also keep track of the Amount of the Drug the Prescription is written for.
