following sheets for a minimum of 3 situations.

Must be filled out completely for credit.

Keep in mind that whatever is going wrong in your

world, you will usually find your part in

it if you look for it.

What is the first problem?

What is your part in it?

How did you communicate that to the other

person?

Did you do your part to resolve your part in it?

Outcome reflection:

How did it feel to take accountability for your part

in it?

What was the response from the other

person/people involved?

What other positive outcomes were there?

Any negative ones? Why do you think that's the

case?
